Paige Ward
Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula
Paige is a Certified Birth Doula and a birth assistant to a local midwife devoted to supporting families through one of the most sacred transitions of life. With over a decade in holistic wellness her work blends practical care with intuitive, whole person support for mothers, babies and families.
Paige’s background in holistic healing informs her approach to birth. She is trained in massage therapy, prenatal yoga and has studied a wide range of modalities including herbalism, homeopathy, tuning fork therapy, reflexology and more. Through these experiences she discovered that birth work beautifully weaves together everything she has learned and is passionate about — creating a space where physical care, emotional support, and presence can coexist. She is passionate in mothers feeling supported, informed and nurtured during their pregnancy and beyond.
She is located in Pace, Florida currently serving families in Northwest Florida while building a homestead in Holt, Florida with her husband and array of animals. Her hobbies include swimming, birding, hiking, paddle boarding, reading and spending time with her loved ones.

Rachel Conolly
Certified Postpartum Doula
Rachel is a DONA-certified Postpartum Doula. Rachel worked in the childcare and private nanny field for four years before becoming a postpartum doula. After shadowing another postpartum doula she realized that this would be her life's work.
Rachel wants to make the postpartum experience as joyful and empowering as it can be. She helps each family define what support feels best for their unique family dynamics.
Rachel loves reading, spending time with friends and family and continuously learning about the postpartum experience.

Zofia Vanselow
Certified Postpartum Doula
Zofia is a DONA certified Postpartum Doula. She is a transplanted Londoner who raised her daughter and son with her military spouse in NWFL.
Zofia knows first hand how difficult it is to be so far away from a support system, which is why postpartum work is so close to her heart.
She believes this brief period is a time for nurturing and educating, taking time to honor the mother, emotionally and physically. It is a unique opportunity to empower the mother and set the whole family up for success. With her nest now empty, she wants to help families like yours.
In her spare time, Zofia loves to read, travel, and loves city breaks and hiking. She enjoys the company of those she loves most and cherishes time spent with friends and family.

Jessica Pruznak
Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula
Jessica is a certified postpartum and trained labor doula who has been supporting families since 2016. Originally born and raised in Texas, Jessica has called Arizona home since 2015 and recently relocated to the PCB area. She loves to spend time in nature and go on hikes and enjoy the beauty. The beach is her favorite place!
Prior to doing doula work, she co-owned and operated a successful residential cleaning business which was sold in 2025. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in business in 2022 while pregnant with her 4th daughter. She and her wife share 4 beautiful daughters whose ages range from toddler to teenager.
Her journey to this work started 5 years after motherhood began, when her new provider for her second pregnancy told her she was a great candidate for a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC). After taking a childbirth education course and meeting her first ever doula, her mind was opened to the education, choices, and options there are when being pregnant, in labor, and freshly postpartum.
Jessica is passionate about helping others access that knowledge and feel confident in combining education, intuition, and support to make the best decision for their baby.
As a postpartum doula, her goal is to respect your sacred space and provide daytime or overnight support to help ease the transition from pregnancy to motherhood (or an additional family member). She uses her experience servicing clients homes, her education and training, and journey raising and caring for her own children, to lovingly support families whatever way that enhances their experience the most.
