Newborn Sleep Education Session

Short naps, waking frequently throughout the night, or struggling to get baby to sleep anywhere other than your arms?
This session is designed for families with newborns under 4 months of age, whom are too young to sleep train, but need some support on sleep improvement. During this session, you will meet with a pediatric sleep specialist that will assess your current sleep struggles, make recommendations for improvement, and will provide you with follow-up notes from your session.

The cost of this session is $100.

Sleep Plan with 2 Weeks of Virtual Support

Sleep can be a big challenge for families with small children. Some babies and toddlers struggle with sleep which affects the whole family.  This sleep support is designed for babies 4 months old- 18 years old.  Sleep support with Southern Charm Doula Services includes:

  • A one-hour zoom session where we talk about your sleep challenges and sleep goals you have for your child. We will discuss a plan of implementation.

  • You will also receive a written sleep plan to follow as you work through the sleep training process.

  • Lastly, you will receive two weeks of support via text, email, or scheduled calls as you work through the process.

My goal is to meet families where they are, providing tailored support to meet the needs of their unique situation.
The cost for this package is $300.

Sleep and Thrive Maintenance Program

The Sleep and Thrive Maintenance Support is designed for families that have recently completed the 2 week Pediatric Sleep Support Package and want to maintain good sleep habits through all the ups and downs that typically impact sleep (regressions, development, teething, illness, weaning and travel) by maintaining access to their sleep coach for a 6 month period.

This virtual package includes:

  • Unlimited email and messaging support as you navigate the ever-changing landscape of sleep for your baby/toddler.

  • Monthly zoom calls

The cost of this ongoing support is $400.

I can't recommend Amanda and Southern Charm Doula highly enough for helping us and our babies finally get some GREAT sleep!

We are blessed with twin boys, which means even if they're individually only waking up once or twice a night, when you multiply by two you're in a really rough spot! Amanda was so helpful and supportive on our video call formulating a sleep plan that felt custom to us that we felt really good about!

She proceeded to then be SO helpful and fast to respond over email in the weeks after as we implemented the plan and needed to figure out some tweaks as new behaviors developed. We're so grateful and recommend her to any new parents who's struggling (and deserves!) to get some rest.
