Meet Our Postpartum Doulas

Rachel Garrison

Postpartum Doula

Rachel is a DONA-trained Postpartum Doula. Rachel worked in the childcare and private nanny field for four years before becoming a postpartum doula. After shadowing another postpartum doula she realized that this would be her life's work.

Rachel wants to make the postpartum experience as joyful and empowering as it can be. She helps each family define what support feels best for their unique family dynamics.

Rachel loves reading, spending time with friends and family and continuously learning about the postpartum experience.

Postpartum Doula

Zofia is a DONA trained Postpartum Doula. She is a transplanted Londoner who raised her daughter and son with her military spouse in NWFL.

Zofia knows first hand how difficult it is to be so far away from a support system, which is why postpartum work is so close to her heart.

She believes this brief period is a time for nurturing and educating, taking time to honor the mother, emotionally and physically. It is a unique opportunity to empower the mother and set the whole family up for success. With her nest now empty, she wants to help families like yours.

In her spare time, Zofia loves to read, travel, and loves city breaks and hiking. She enjoys the company of those she loves most and cherishes time spent with friends and family.

Rachel provided overnight postpartum doula support to my family for 8 weeks and we wish we could have 8 more weeks. In addition to caring for my two month old daughter with such kindness, she also helped me to maintain my pumping schedule with precision. She is a wealth of knowledge, very professional, and she tryly tended to my daughter with her whole heart. She is truly passionate about supporting families during this precious and important period. Any family would be luck to work with Rachel.
